We are in a transition period. Next fall we will start calling them "tribes." The goal will be to get students that our new to our student ministry involved in a "tribe" that they will fit in with. The hope is to have an identified leader in each "tribe" so they can help the new kids adapt in things. I think it’s a great idea. We are in a transition period.
